Cooking fish is always tough for meat eaters like us who prefer pork and beef. But my mom-Dad loves fish dishes. Stir-fried fish needs herbs to tone down the fish's smell. Fried Fish-Chili sauce can be various, depending on the taste you prefer. This dish is mixed with herbs that we like the most.
I told my son : "Fishing is tough for some people" But if you like it, you will enjoy it. Like your career, if you like it, then you tend to have a happy life.

I cook for my son almost everyday so I have to be Creative. I worked as a creative for advertising company, it is a bit of challenge. Using mostly the same ingredients from the stock in my fridge, the ideas could be useful for others.
