Hey family!! My mom (RIP) loved fried salmon but she liked it with the cornmeal flour dredge and then deep fried. I love how yours turned out Deddy and with the fresh pineapple salsa and coconut rice yes yes and yes!! I would love seeing every spice Deddy creates and comes up with especially a jerk seasoning (both wet and dry) thats not so salty trhat I can use.

I think all it needed was finely chopped red onion and some lime juice. 💞I feel like lime was the missing ingredient Deddy was searching for. Hi !!! Daddy's Kitchen & Sasha when you start saling the seasonings I will bye some . Sasha one question to ask you I am allergic to seafood so in the seasonings you are going to be saling doesn't have any seafood ingredients ? Yes I need some of that flavor rice , and some of the others Jamaican seasons. The salmon looks so tasty with the coconut 🥥 rice , pineapple 🍍 salsa. When I make salsa I usually squeeze some lemon 🍋 or lime juice I add tomatoes 🍅 and take the seeds out of the tomatoes . Such a beautiful plate so tropical looking loved the presentation 😍 the salmon was cooked perfectly. Sasha I am a multi culture American woman. I have learned how to make Nigerian food , Chinese food , Mexican food , I talking food . Now bye watching Daddy's kitchen I am also learning Jamaican cuisine food's. I am also a cook .
