Happy Birthaday!!! I’m Croatian my wife is Trini, I’m the chef, I use scissors to cut pizza and to de-bone a whole chicken only. I use a knife for everything else aaaaaand ALWAYS wash/purify meat and chicken and fish. Love the channel guys! Maximum respect! ✌️🇭🇷🇹🇹✌️

I just love how Deddy and Mrs. Deddy represents the heritage! I’ve been subscribed but I’m not an avid watcher of all videos that I watch and subscribe to! Otherwise, I would not have time for life! 🤣 I do my best to subscribe to every channel that supports the African community, so I am all over the place! I enjoy, however, watching your videos of your mom and Deddy create and show us recipes that we have lost over time due to to enslavement and colonialism . We , as a people, have always been creative in all that we do! Other cultures take what we do and try to claim it, but, FOOD WOULD HAVE NO FLAVOR, HAD WE NOT CREATED IT! Remember, we are the ORIGINATORS and Deddy+ Mrs. Deddy proves this, by far! I also love how you all support Jamaican vendors as far as your seasonings and spice. After having a knife slip and getting a bad slash, I now use kitchen shears. Here's a little tip. If you oil your fingers before handling hot peppers, a quick wash with hot soapy water takes all traces of hot peppers away. Try it! It really works. If cutting a lot, just recoat as needed.
