Although there are many channels on 'jamun' black plum vinegar I want to know from you how to go about it....I have frozen the juice in disposable cups & kept how to turn this into vinegar??? Also kept the seeds.....any use of that for diabetic people???

Look up "shrub drink" on you tube. It's basically a fruit soda using fruit vinegar, carbonated water, and sugar. They're versatile and delicious. Super refreshing. Also, cooking the fruit vinegars down low and slow with added sugar will give you a delicious glaze to use over meats or vegetables, or on salads, rice, pizza, pasta, breads, dips or spreads, etc etc
