Hi Man, huge respect. Can I ask you something...If I just started and I want to make my own edm music with guitar elements how long does it takes to learn all of that let say working few hours a day? I have logic and some melodies which I make on acoustic guitar. I don't know how to record nice when I am playing fingerstyle. Thx for every tip. Is 1-2 years or 3-4 ?

I used to only watch the tutorials of sounds I planned to create but I've started to enjoy watching all of these because, as you say at the beginning, there are so many different tips which you can use regardless of the genre you're making. Keep 'em coming, Will! Edit: What I also love about your videos is that you prove how good of a sound you can create with just the presets in Ableton. It's so easy to convince yourself that you need these expensive synths and plug-ins, but if you know how to use what you have, you can create so much with what you're given already.

That's awesome to hear! Yeah I used to be a real music snob, until I matured and realised there's so much to learn from different genres. Re: stock plugins, you can create some great sounds, but I still think some 3rd party plugins are essential for the last 10% of a really pro-sounding track

Two videos I'd love: 1. Making awesome fills. And I think that's so important to making a song stand out and keep the energy up. I struggle to go beyond just dropping a fill in, or dropping a drum out for a bar, maybe one type of auto filter. But like a run down of five most common fills, but then also how to do a couple of less common one's. 2. Cool ways to use pitch to build tension. Again how to go beyond just a riser/operator, making snare drop increase in pitch. I hear cool things people do to chop vocals and keep them rising in pitch but I can't work out exactly what they're doing. Must be tons of cool stuff people to do with pitching up beyond.

Wow what a find ... seriously, I thought - this guy seems interesting lol not sure what Future Rave is either but I was just trying to learn new things. I recreated this mostly by watching a ton and by ear in Logic, LoopCloud was a great find! I had given up on Splice because of the lack of DAW integration so this has been amazing, I also seem to like Future Wave ... very cool, thanks!
