Ghee is also known as clarified butter which is most widely used in Indian recipes. It is considered as Healthy and pure fat.
Here I am sharing easy way of extracting butter without mixi and beater. And also how to make ghee at home easily. I am using Blue packet #NandiniMilk .
For Butter and Buttermilk
1. Boil Milk and bring it to normal temperature and refrigerate, so that you will get thick milk cream. collect the cream in a Jar and store in fridge. Continue this process for 3-4 days.
2. After 4 days curdle it by adding milk and curd. (Keep outside)
3. Churn milk by shaking the jar for 10 minutes. The amount of time it takes will depend on how vigorously you are able to shake the jar. Butter separates from buttermilk.
4. Collect butter and rinse 3-4 times in fresh cold water. Store collected butter in fridge
For Ghee
1. Transfer stored butter in a thick Kadai/Pan and boil for 10 minutes in a medium flame
2. Keep stirring until it changes color and turns aromatic
3. Allow it to cool and strain. Store in air tight container
