Great work! If I do this I might do the same technique with a skull and attach the ghost skull inside the head. Could even add a pulsating red "heart" light in the chest, like the attic Bride from the Haunted Mansion.

Perhaps this may be a time saving tip. I use to work retail,and the boss ordered heads for our hats an when we got them they were clear plastic,and cheaper then the foam. Then maybe you can use spray adhesive an build up a few layers. Then add some dollar tree battery powered candles at strategic areas. Put a speaker outside on the front porch with spooky sounds,and attach you ghost to a drone,and fly it around the yard. If no drone then make a tall zip line with a lead line to pull it back into position so you can do it all over again... LOL Great Halloween project. Thanks Monster Tutorials!

Labor intensive, but great product.

This was great, Ive been making tape people for a few years, love how they look but have never been sure where to use them. Last year our theme was medieval so I used them to make mannequins and made foam armor for them. (Golf clubs in the legs to help them stand) This idea is great Ive got a crabapple that will awesome. I feel crazy Ive never thought of fishing line to hang them. Did you do anything specific to hang them ? Fishing line around the neck or through the head? Thanks for all of your videos.

Just wanted to let you all know I used this method to make crystal skulls using this same method on a 5 dollar skull from Target. I placed some led tea lights and will be using them to line the drive way. You can remove the jaw or leave in place I made a variety. I also tried using Glad Press and Seal instead of trash bags it details nicely around the teeth but it takes too long to peel back. I will send some directions to team on monster tutorials.

Option idea! for fuller skirt- cut top off two or more bags and slit down side. Measure waist and cut tape a couple more inches to help secure to waist. Apply bags to tape leaving a bit at of exposed tape, ruffling or pleating plastic as you go fit waist measurement not the added inches. Bustles would be similar idea.

Maybey a heat gun to shrink the plastics, you could do a couple of layers for stability.

It would be neat to make this with bag material that diffuses light where you could light it with LEDs. Maybe on a fade in and out or strobe setting. Either way cool project.

If i'm going to make one of these for outside, I didn't understand what you meant about making a cape with cheese-cloth. Do you mean use cheesecloth instead of the trash bags?

Alternative materials: Use a Skeleton instead of a mannequin for a head/torso. Saran (plastic) wrap instead of a garbage bag. Cheesecloth for a veil. Clear plastic drop cloth for dress.
