RECIPE
Ginger Syrup
1-cup (240 mL) sugar
1-cup (240 mL) water
1-cup (240 mL) sliced and peeled ginger root
Instructions: Stir ingredients over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to a light boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-mins. Remove from heat and allow to sit for at least 1-hr. Strain, bottle, label, and refrigerate.
