In this tutorial we gonna come back to the old school neon text effect where we gonna explore an amount of layer styles in Photoshop and I gonna show you how to do a pretty decent neon glow in Photoshop. The main idea is tup put the text end neon glow effects on a darker background in order to make it natural looking and make the neon actually shine in the dark.
