my only advice is that melt the coffee first with a tbsp of cold water. The instant coffee is already precooked unlike coffee grounds. Directly pouring boiling water is fine but it can burn the coffee even further, making it more bitter. Dissolving it first in cold or room temp water can make the coffee taste a bit deeper without being too bitter.
