yes but there are plugins that are very convincing. FL studios FLEX synth has a free pack called Essential Guitars and I've gotten some of them to sound so realistic I can't even hear the difference. I put it through some filters like an amplifier and some other stuff. You can even modify guitar noises and the cabinet. It's crazy. Sounds like a guitar to me. And I've been playing guitar for 16 years. You just gotta get a feel for it I guess. And have the experience to boot to know when things sound off and what you can pull off.
This is such a fire video and concept that I listened to the short while doing Uber eats, didn’t really see what was going on, but heard what was being done and had to come and look for the video again to actually pay attention. Still 🔥
Great video,,Im new to this and its a great way to add some originality to pre existing loops. I just retired so I have time to learn, but Im having fun!
To be honest i rather have a real guitar with amp tool to connet computer i mean even if you dont know how to play, its pretty much why can teach yourself
As a guitar player, the best way to create guitar melodies is on a real guitar. No doubt you know your way around fl studio, but this clinical method of creating beats / melodies really sucks the soul out of music for me. If you really want to make music, PICK UP AN INSTRUMENT PEOPLE 😊
Context is important tbh, so many people do it this way there’s a sound to it now, if you wanna have that “type beat” sound to your production you’re way more likely to get it with a vst then a guitar, but in a real production of course you’d use a real instrument, but this is for beat making which is highly synthetic
Sorry for this unstandart question, but: How to install the libraries of guitars and other instruments for Kontakt? And which Kontakt do you have to use?
if you wanna make something good with stock, you can, but if you want to make something good with stock that has a sense of realism where there are extensive samples recorded to be used in a midi setting, you cant
I guess its funny we call it guitar but really its a synth just emulating an instrument. Maybe our parents were right when they said "thats not real music" 😂
so theres 2 kinds of instrument vsts. synths like you mentioned. and sample based vsts. most of kontakt is sample based, omnisphere is sample based (for the most part) etc, this vst is sample based, so no not really
It’s dope but it’s very obviously a programmed guitar. I think we’re still a ways off from reaching guitar VSTs that are on the level of realism that piano VSTs like Keyscape have.
@@rlyBeats aight bro you’re gonna have to give me an email or something I can send you files on 😂. I got some productions I made using keyscape where I think it’s pretty indistinguishable. You just have to use a midi keyboard to record yourself playing directly into the daw. If you program it ofc it’s gonna sound robotic lol.
@@dorkusmaximus5765 valid, but hear me out, kontakt pianos are miles ahead of keyscape, keyscape has good key sounds, but not good piano sounds. especially for the price. i play piano i get it, its not bad, but it’s definitely nowhere near the best
