There’s nothing like the sweet smell of Grilled Vegetables floating through the backyard air. I will teach you how to make Balsamic Grilled Zucchini and Mushrooms. This is one of our favorite grilled vegetable recipes because it’s so easy.

Grilled Vegetables Ingredients:
1 medium green zucchini sliced into 1/3" thick rings
1 medium yellow squash sliced into 1/3" thick rings
1/2 lb baby bella mushrooms halved or quartered if large
8 oz snap peas
1/2 large onion cut into 1/2" wide by 1" long slices.
1/4 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sea salt or season to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper or to taste

This looks DEEELISH!! I know the flavor is extra special when the veggies are grilled...but can this be done in the oven? If so what temp and time?

Fantastic, I love a balsamic glaze, and have the same grill basket, ha! Try brushing some large potabellas generously on both sides, I add a sprinkle of garlic grans to my glaze. Grill cap up 5 mins, flip to dump any liquid the shrooms secrete and grill another 5...decadent! Summer grillin!!!

Grilling veggies is a great idea. What a great combination. We like to grill the usual lol. Hamburgers brats and hot dogs. We also like to grill arracheras (skirt steak). That would be my favorite food. With corn tortillas on the grill. Love your channel ❤️

That looks interesting. I grill my vegetables with just extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. They are delish. Learned that from a chef at a bar of all places. It brings out the flavor of the veggies rather than mask them with other seasons or marinades. 🙂❤

Garlic should work, just don't chop it small or it might burn.

Those look fantastic. Love grilled veggies. This would go great with a marinated Tri - Tip. If you like tri-tip marinate it in 1/2 cup of Soy Sauce, Coke, and worcesterhire. I soak it over night. Then just season with salt and pepper. Grill to your temp you like steak and would pair amazing with your veggies.

Yes it would probably work in the oven but without testing it myself, I can’t give you exact baking times. I’d also recommend putting it into a non-stick skillet and cooking it on the stove-top.
