I just started watching all the videos on the channel as my personal cake making and decorating class. I want to start decorating as an hobby and who knows it might become a little side business one day.
Ideally 24 formers would be best. However, you can usually remove them from the former after about 2 hours in a dry room then reuse the formers.. If your humidity is high, you will need to leave them several hour or overnight.
i dont mean to be so offtopic but does someone know of a way to log back into an instagram account? I was stupid forgot the login password. I appreciate any help you can offer me
@Jaxon Immanuel i really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and I'm in the hacking process now. Takes quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
I love watching your videos. You communicate so well and don't leave anything to doubt. If you were making 24 daisies for cupcakes, would it be necessary to have 24 formers?
thank you chef for sharing all these videos i am learning a lot i am from mauritius island and very high humidity. i used gum tragacanth but it does not come hard rock but a little bit. how much gum i must mix in 250g of fondant to make gumpaste please? thank you.. Catherine
+joy osomiha You can stretch a piece of kitchen plastic film over a cup or bowl and allow it to sag in a little. This will make a good mold for the flowers.
If you want the flower to dry hard, use only gumpaste. If you want it to dry but still be able to cut through it, use a 50/50 mix. Fondant alone will not work.
