HOW TO MAKE HAITIAN FRIED TURKEY|| TASSO TURKEY || HOW TO CLEAN TURKEY|| EASY RECIPE||
Cleaning TURKEY
2.8 pound of Turkey (cut medium)
2 limes
1/2 cup of vinegar
1/4 cup of lemon/lime juice
1/4 cup of sour oranges
1 tablespoon of salt
Boiling hot water
SEASONING TURKEY
1/2 cup of epis (Best Haitian epis • THE BEST HAITIAN EPIS ... )
1 cube and 1/2 cube of maggie (chicken flavor bouillon)
1 teaspoon Seasoning salt
1 teaspoon Adobo
1 bonnet pepper (optional)
Parsley and thyme ties together
BOILING TURKEY
add Turkey to stove medium/high heat 7-6
Let cook until all epis is gone about stirring occasionally (about 45 mins)
Add 2 cups of water let boil (about 30min)
When Turkey is tender and cooked turn off stove
FRYING TURKEY
3 cups of oil for frying or deep fryer
Heat at 7-8
When oil get nice and hot add Turkey
Let cook on all sides till gold and brown than remove off of heat
SAUCE
strain juices from boiled Turkey
Add sauce to dove
Medium heat 6
Let simmer
Add 2 tablespoon of tomato paste/purée
Add chopped up bell peppers and onions

Everything was spot on sis, however the dumping of the meat, anything really in the sink after the scalding is no no. And that close to the drain, garbage disposal, the bleach on sink ledge didn't instill any faith either. You're from or in Florida I bet. It still looks good at least. Deuces

Yes that's how we clean out meat. But only two thumbs downs...very unsanitary to clean meat with bare hands especially with those long nails....and never put the meat directly into the sink especially after doing all that clean up. Sinks holds lots of bacteria no matter how good u clean it with bleach or lysol. Other those two. Everything else on point!!

It looked delicious, I just wished you had used gloves or cut your nails. They were a major distraction. That is so unsanitary, I couldn't eat your food. Perhaps your future videos, you could wear gloves or cut your nails.
