FRIED SNAPPER THE HAITIAN WAY 🇭🇹|| HOW TO MAKE AND CLEAN FRIED FISH || HAITIAN FRIED FISH
-Cleaning fish
3 fish
3 limes
3 tablespoon of salt
1/4 cup of sour orange juice
1/2 cup of white distilled vinegar
1/4 lime/lemon juice
Let set overnight if possible
-Seasoning fish
1 cup of epis (Best Haitian epis • THE BEST HAITIAN EPIS ... )
1 cube of chicken flavored bouillon Maggie
1 tablespoon adobo
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
Let marinate overnight if possible
-Breading
2 cups of flour
1 cube of chicken flavored bouillon Maggie
1 tablespoon adobo
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
-Cooking fish (Deep fryer)
Vegetable oil
Heat at 360°
Cook fish for 5 to 8 mins depending on size
Cut up bell peppers and onions to use as a garnish.

This girl is underrated. This video cracked me up. There are some things she does that I do not do in my recipes but her cleaning was SUPERB. And there are some things I’m going to adopt from this video. You know her fish came out amazing.
