Is Chloris grass widelly naturally available or i have to get seedlings and plant

One question bro. Once it is harvested and it is left to dry on ground for may be couple of days before you tie it in to bales: what if it rains suddenly during this time. Would it spoil all? Or what to do in this case? Kindly advise me.
