Homemade Banana smoothie
INGREDIENTS
Banana - 2
Cardamom Powder - 1 Tbsp
Sugar - 2 Tbsp
Milk - 1 Cup
Blended all ingredients well
Add Horlicks Top of it.
Sprinkle some Chopped Dry Fruits
Now Healthy Homemade Banana Smoothie is Ready to serve.

@@One-sy3ooyes peanut butter goes really well with milk but if it's homemade without adding any salt while making peanut butter.... As ready made peanut butter contains salt n yes salt with milk is contrasting combination for any kind of food

But cardamom, almonds, ginger, honey etc can give a nice background smell and taste. Also you can just use dilute lemon juice instead of milk

A little sugar can help blend the ingredients, especially if you just use lemon juice instead of milk. But yeah, you don't want to overdo it. The person in the video uses Horlicks, not sugar. Using dates as a sweetener is a really smart idea
