I think washing your mouth several time with water is enough, water will wash away acidity and neutralize the pH. Brushing your teeth right after might harm your teeth more because the enamel is weaken by the acidity.

The best way to get better nutrients from the lemon is actually using the skin. It has more nutrients compared to the flesh itself. I have been drinking lemon water everyday and helps with my metabolism,normal bowel movement and lessens bloating. Lemon and ginger are a great pair but make use to use the skin too and not just the flesh to get better results.
@@ayasinx8797 Hi I do not blend the lemon, I make lemon water :) slice the lemons without peeling them and boil them together with sliced ginger. after boiling quickly remove the lemon and ginger so it wont be very bitter
@@ayasinx8797 if you have excess of vegetables, you can use them all to a boil and make a vegetable soup, including the skins of any veges. If you don't like the soup, you can adjust the taste and reuse it to make noodles or whatever dish of your choice!
i did the same experiment last year, and yes it works, my skin is clean, smooth and I have a skinny body. i've been drink it every night after of the dinner, (EVERY NIGHT for 4 months) yes I'm crazy but it works.^^
my dad makes it with lemon,honey,ginger,garlic and apple cider vinegar and adds 2 tablespoons of the it to water and drink it everyday after waking up. he had a heart attack 6 years ago due to high cholestrol after an year of medication he started drinking this and his cholesterol has decreased and also he lost a lot of weight!
I always have mine half cut with warm water since it will be easier for the stomach. Sometimes i add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (with the mother), a teaspoon of organic honey and a dash of cinnamon powder. Drink with straw to protect your enamel
I feel like other great ingredients for this would be including apple cider vinegar and honey since those have some benefits for your gut heath as well!

@@sadia2126 well he first he boils the giner and garlic with loads of water, and once they're done he extracts them into a silk cloth that filters it and after that he adds lemon water and brings it to boil for about 30 minute, then he adds apple cider vinegar and boils it too and in the end he adds honey and fills the bottles, then every morning right after he wakes up he adds 2 table spoons of it to half a glass of water and drinks it!

Thank you for the tips. The lemon and ginger boost shot manage to get rid of bloated stomach as well as water weight in body. I drink the blended juice, half a lemon, 2inch ginger, 1st thing in the morning (I like to drink it freshly blended with 150ml lukewarm water and pour into a glass) and wait 30mins before having my breakfast meal. Eat clean , drink lots of water or green tea (no sugar) and watch the weight scale dropping down. It really helps to remove water weight and burn belly fats. Don't forget to exercise because it helps to tone up belly and strengthen muscles

Just making another recipe to try Step 1: Pour hot water over 1/2 whole lemons, preferably up to two hours then rinse off Step 2: Peel and cut up the lemons and 1/half a handfull of ginger (peeling the skin off ginger is optional) Step 3: Boil the lemon peels with little water until it starts to boil to later then use the peels (optional portion) and water in the juice, crush 2/4 cloves of garlic while waiting (optional) Step 4: Put all of that in a blender with added 1/2 tablespoons of apple cider, 1/2 tablespoons of honey, and blend. Step 5: optional Strain
@Wise Atee just add a couple of drops of lemon and / or lime to your water. Not a lot. And just drink it also use a good toothpaste that's meant to get rid of cavities

I do lemon,ginger, acv, and liquid milk thistle in warm water... sometimes, I add a drop or two of liquid lemon stevia to make it a bit like lemon tea.
I once had a nutrition coach tell me to blend up one lemon, skin and seeds and all, with one cup of blueberries and one cup of water and drink that with a straw 3x a week
