These are so addictive and almost guilt free! They are amazing as an appetizer or as your whole meal! If it's your first time wrapping dumplings, I recommend inviting some friends over to have a dumpling making party!
I like to use organic ingredients whenever possible, HOIA recipes are not only clean, but also delicious. I hope you enjoy this video!

Thank you Karen! I LOVE dumplings! If I had to choose 1 thing to eat for the rest of my life, it would be a toss up between pizza, tacos, or dumplings! Most people don't know but the reason why dumplings in restaurants are so tasty, is because they are loaded with FAT! And that's a no-no for me! This is delicious and fun to eat... sometimes, I can't wait to make all my dumpling before needing to fire up a pot or pan! Let me know how these turned out for you!

Hi! I made this recipe with soba noodles but you can honestly try it with any noodle you prefer. This is one of my favorite sauces/dressings. I know you will LOVE it and it’s perfect for summer. I'm so sorry! I didn't see these comments! I'm just learning all the ins and outs of making the most out of RU-vid! Yes, these are pre-made dumpling wrappers! Look for round gyoza or dumpling wrappers at an Asian market. If you live in a larger city, you might even be able to find them at chain supermarkets!

Yes you can once they are cooked. However, If you want to make a bunch and cook them later, place them on a clean and dry cutting board or cookie sheet and place in the freezer until frozen solid. Then, carefully pick them off the board and place into a ziplock bag for storage!

Thank you for your feedback Vi K! This is definitely all a learning process! I by the way and still mastering walking and chewing gum at the same time so multi tasking here perhaps need more practice! :)
