I did something similar to what you said at the beginning. I matched with a girl on Bumble and we set up a date. She canceled for stupid reason and when I tried to rescheduled but she always had better things to do so I decided to move on and don't care about her anymore. After a few days she started to text me a lot but I still didn't care, I already had a few other girls in mind. After dating some other girls that didn't interest me afterwards, she was still really trying to see me so on a day I had absolutely nothing to do I decided to go for a coffee with her. I didn't even see it as a date because in my head she was no longer an option. But it was really nice and we've been a couple since a year and a half now. It's crazy what a good mindset can do. I was with a girl for 6 years before that and when she dumped me I became super needy. The mindset to have is to not give a fuck and always know that you are worth much more than you think.

Hey David, sorry for the late comment on the video! I wanted to let you know that when my ex of 7 years and I split it was very traumatic. Ive been terrified to talk to girls since. And that was 2 1/2 years ago. I've been following your channel and working on myself. Today without thinking I saw this beautiful girl and asked a co worker who she was, he didn't know. She'd just been working by herself in a corner. And without thinking I walked up and introduced myself and made conversation with her, she's a really sweet girl. Needed this. In a long term relationship and I've let my boundaries get pushed and justified it because she was under stress. Just making excuses for her essentially and sacrificing myself to try to help her. But in reality it makes me not want to be with her and makes me depressed because I failed myself.
