its my dream do stuff like this, but infortunely now i dont have money to do it, here in brasil has a channel named leandro torneiro, he done 2 bikes by himself on his workshop, the nice thing about the channel he try to explain everything he done on the project

Very cool! Altough that exhaust looks to be in a really bad spot, seems too easy to get burned. I'd make it go under the seat sooner, plus you guys have a pipe bender, should be pretty fast to do.
When they're finished spend more time showing us it. Close up and pause the movement so we can see things clearly. Engine mounts. Exhaust. Brake calipers. Suspension mounts etc.. Love your work.. Great seeing old machines coming to life again and being used.. 10/10
Sounds like there’s something wrong with the clutch? What’s the squealing noise? It comes and goes with the clutch lever engaging/disengaging. I’d be nervous about that frame, too. I wouldn’t trust it if there’s a chance you’ll get airborne.
Everything looks good except the silencer fitting, as it's very hot 🔥 and will burn inner thais of ridder, so it should be underneath the seat through frame.
