Authentic Dishes with my personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Full Fat Milk -2 L
Fresh Cream - 450 gm
Vinegar or lemon juice -4-5 tbsp
Salt -
Method
Take 2 liter full cream milk in a heavy bottomed pan. Grind some fresh cream with little milk and add this to the 2 liter milk. Boil the milk completely and switch off the fire. Add either vinegar/lemon juice or curd(least preferred) . Add 4 tbsp of lemon juice and stir slowly and add some salt. We can see that the milk has separated within 5-6 mins. Strain the dish on a cloth. The seperated water can be used for chapatti or north indian dishes. Hang the cloth for 3 hrs. you can also hang it in a Jar like shown in the video. When you open it you can check the salt. You need to grind it to a creamy consistency. Adjust the salt and lime juice according to your taste. Take a bowl and cover it with cling paper and pour the mixture into this and close it with the cling wrap and you can use it for cake, kunafa etc. Use this as soon as possible.
