I made the "Rich Flavored Maccha Daifuku Mochi" that can be easily made in the microwave using shiratama flour.
I couldn't get out of my house for a while to recover from covid-19, so I tried making daifuku using shiratama flour and commercially available red bean paste.
This recipe can be made in about 10 minutes.
Shiratama flour is used, so the skin does not become hard and is gluten-free.
