There's this brand named Sahale, that makes some fancy vanilla-apple flavored-pomegranate cashews. Thanks to you, I'm one step closer towards replicating that at home! 😘
Sounds great! I haven't come across Sahale in the UK but now I'm really intrigued to give it a try as vanilla, apple and pomegranate flavour sounds absolutely amazing! I'm going to try and source this brand and see if I can also replicate the recipe 👍
@@imran.familykitchen I sense a race towards the recipe 😅. Will share my first try: I added 1ts. of butter, a squirt of honey, handful of pomegranate seeds and a splash of vanilla to a pan and roasted the cashews in it. Since all of the abovementioned ingredients burn quite fast I stopped mid process and decide to toast the cashews in the oven to "crunch them up". Unfortunately the coating still charred. I think the better way is to toast the nuts first and then coat them in the pan. Next try here I come 😊. Tha KS again for the inspiration.
Cashews are my favorite nuts to eat. I just ate a pack of Planters Cashews, while I was watching your Video. I'd really like to try your recipe. I'll bet that they taste really good, better than buying them from the Convenient Store and eating them out the pack?

Hey, we added a little sugar after baking so this step helps give the cashews a bit of a crystallised sugar coating. But you can skip this step if you wish. They're still delicious after baking too (once cooled down a bit).
