Do you know if there's a way to use the API without opening a Questrade account? A developer account for testing maybe? I'm asking because I tried to open a personal account, but the phone verification failed every time. Also, the USA are excluded ("For regulatory reasons, residents of the U.S.A. cannot open a Questrade account.") and users from other countries are limited, too ("Non-Canadian residents cannot open Questrade Portfolio IQ accounts.") Not sure if we will have to access this "Portfolio IQ" account via the API though.
