How does the whole process work? It's not difficult.

200 ml of 30% cream,
2 tablespoons of milk,
mint leaves,
half a teaspoon of lemon juice.
What to do step by step?
1. Cool the baking sheet in the freezer.
2. Finely chop the fruit and chop the mint.
3. Add sugar and mix until smooth paste. Add lemon juice to get a slightly sour, refreshing taste of ice cream. Add milk and cream and mix well.
