Ice Cream Recipe
#### Ingredients:
- 🥛 500ml milk
- 🥄 4 sachets of whipped cream powder
- 🍫 60g cocoa powder
- 🍬 100g sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
- 🍨 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
#### Steps:
1. *Prepare the Base:*
- In a mixing bowl, combine the 4 sachets of whipped cream powder with the 500ml milk. Use an electric mixer to whip the mixture until it becomes thick and creamy.
2. *Add the Flavor:*
- Gradually add the 60g of cocoa powder to the whipped mixture. Mix well until the cocoa powder is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
3. *Sweeten and Flavor (Optional):*
- If desired, add 100g of sugar to sweeten the mixture, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract for extra flavor. Mix until well combined.
4. *Freeze the Mixture:*
- Pour the mixture into an airtight container. Place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until fully set. For best results, stir the mixture every 30 minutes for the first 2 hours to prevent ice crystals from forming and to ensure a smooth texture.
5. *Serve:*
- Once the ice cream is fully frozen, scoop it into bowls or cones. Enjoy your homemade chocolate ice cream!
