Hello! Is this the recipe they used in Nigeria in like the 90s when I grew up there? Also, if the recipe calls for the yokes only, do you know why she added the egg whites back in, does it affect the taste?

@okebaram I think the yolks only Is so wonderfully rich. I'm not too fond of the color but the taste is so good to me. I haven't had it with the whites added yet😊

@joyfulcook, I have to try this, but I wonder would it taste better without adding the egg whites back into the mix? I know you don't want to waste food and not sure if that was your reason for including the whites later.
