Mochi made from shiratama flour and potatoes, with a chewy texture, is entwined with yangnyeom sauce.
The melted cheese and yangnyeom sauce go well together.

✤ Ingradients
・ 250g Potato
・30ml Milk (2 tbsp)
・ 3g Salt(1tsp)
・10g Sugar
・100g Shiratama rice flour for dumpling
・100g Cheese (favorite cheese)
・ 1 tsp Gochujang
・ 2 tsp Sugar
・ 1/2 tsp Grated garlic
・ 1 tsp Soy sauce
・ 1 tsp Ketchup
・ 1 tsp Chili oil
・ 1tbsp Syrup
・Cooking oil
✤ Oil temperature 170 ~180℃
・ The spiciness of gochujang varies depending on the product, so please adjust the amount to your liking. If the spiciness is not enough, you can add additional pepper powder.
