It's such a pain to watch people waste food like that on US TV. Some people are starving, and here a stupid singer just destroys some good food... Why couldn't they just turn on the fryer, and just cook, instead of putting it in cold oil and making it unedible. Here to show how to cook one meal, they have to discard two - the first one was just to show how to slice truffle and spread mustard on bread, then they put it aside, seriously I hope it didn't go to trash afterward...
