Dominique Crenn stands distinguished as the sole female chef in America to have been honoured with three Michelin stars. With an impressive portfolio that includes cooking for Emmanuel Macron and appearances on the Emmy-nominated series 'Chef’s Table', as well as programs like 'Iron Chef' and 'Tournament of Champions', Crenn considers food as much more than just sustenance. To her, it embodies politics and activism, with every purchasing and eating decision acting as a statement. She's currently in France to launch her first Parisian restaurant, 'Golden Poppy'. Three decades after departing for San Francisco, Dominique Crenn chats with Eve Jackson about her triumphant return to France to open a restaurant.
