Boss...I'd come over for dinner anyday anytime. The Jamaican food, recipes and cooking at your house is so authentic that I can recall. You guys make the food with that authentic Jamaican warmth and love. Good job
I discovered these keep and reheat really well. Just make sure to reheat them in an oven or toaster oven for 30 min at 250 f. I like to serve these as a Christmas side dish
Thank you for taking the time to make and share this instructional video. The instructions are very easy to understand. You speak at a soothing pace. Once again, I thank you . Peace and Perfect-Health to you and yours.
Thank you so much for your kind words. You Taking the time to give such kindness really mean a lot. Kindness and grace are free and so powerful. We are very pleased you enjoyed it. Have a blessed day.
You might want to strip the leaves off the thyme stalk, and add some curry. Ketchup is optional but people often add it. I never heard of using Annatto in the pastry, but I have used Tumeric, so I have to try the Annatto.
This is my grandfather’s recipe from way back - it’s classic and we love it. He used annatto to get the beautiful color. Annatto is used in many foods to give the beautiful color. Maybe take a peek at packages and see how many use annatto - you’d be surprised! Have a blessed day - thanks for watching.
Hey thanks for sharing can we get a better recipe printed cant really see the written one to well thank you yr grandfather would be soooo proud of you thanks God bless
Dude. I'm going to be making this. They do look good. I've been watching many videos. All but yours used curry powder instead of annatto. Either one is good I assume. 👍🏽 Either way. I love them. And can't find fresh patties since moving out of the city. So. I'm going to learn to make
We use our own blend we call our House Seasoning. Here is our video for that recipe ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OuQ_37LiLtc.html Have a blessed day!
Interesting, I haven’t heard of those ingredients in patties. This is how my grandfather made them. I’d be interested to see a recipe with the egg powder you’re talking about. Have a blessed day.
