2 Cups Water
1 Cinnamon Stick
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 Cups Coconut Milk
1/2 cup oats
1/4 Cup Condensed Milk
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
