You do Much more than just cook! Your style is, absolutely, Awesome!!! It's so interesting, but my family is from the deep South in the U.S. and they always cooked with all that old-fashioned knowledge and technique like you do. Your recipies and the way you explain things is that down home goodness that I experienced as a child from the elders as they would prepare things. Thank you for these treasures in your videos that you just don't see anymore, nowadays! We would say, "Ooooh wee! You done put yo foot in dat dere!"

Am so glad I am seeing for the first time how to make peanut porridge. I was told by a friend to buy the freshly unsalted peanuts and blend the peanuts with green bananas. Though I am not a fan of peanut porridge. However I will try this recipe with almond milk or cows milk instead of condensed milk.
I just watched the other porridge video she made today with almonds. I don't eat almonds so I searched and found the peanut version. Thank you for this! 😋

My favourite porridge from childhood is hominy corn. Great video instruction. My peanuts weren't dry so perhaps I should have drained them for longer as it got messy and stuck to my blenders. I persevered and have nice but not perfect porrege for the next few days. 😋
