I love your show. I have cancer and am having trouble eating certain food but your dishes make my appetite for Jamaican food so bad. I love cowfoot, salmon, anything jerk or curried. All the food is so expensive. I swear I could eat oxtails everyday. You have a wonderful family and your dad is awesome! The show wouldn’t be the same without you and your mom too. Hi again deddy, Sasha,mummy, all Sasha’s siblings, beautiful family. Thank you for yet another tasty recipe. I make many of them & as a cook, I’m like deddy, I don’t measure a lot of seasonings. I know Sasha always asked &also about fire temperature etc. I realize she‘a trying to help new cooks, however, what helps them is printed info in the description below.

Hello Fam ♥️♥️ I was already amazed from the start of the video. Never seen an entire Salmon before. To be honest, that head gotta go 🫣. I never liked a fish with the head on. I know it’s a delicacy in a lot of cultures to eat the 👀 but no way 🤐. I believe you can buy just the midsection and stuff it. I remember my grenddeddy scaling fresh red snapper he had caught deep sea fishing in the backyard or at our business during the daytime when I was younger. He passed in 2021. 😢
