Enjoying your recipe now. Just not tolerant to dairy,so I substituted Condensed Milk with Almond Milk vanilla flavour. So I did not have to add sugar. Big up Deddy!

I’m 43 yo and I remember I was in a foster home I was about 5 or 6 and the lady use to serve us this (minus the alcohol) we use to ask her what it was and she would say juice for the eyes. It was so good and she put condensed milk in the oatmeal too. I miss that home but I am going to make me some carrot juice tomorrow. Thank you for opening up a great memory for me 😊

This is a traditional Sunday drink in Jamaica. As the title said "Jamaican Style". Every family have their own variation. We don't use Supligen and we use less condensed milk. For those not use to this, this is not meant to be a healthy drink. This is also not meant to be carrot juice that you make in a juicer.

My craving is satisfied, I added shredded coconut, I didn't need suplligent neither so much sweet milk. Alcohol was added as a shot in the cup after. Now the leftover pulp is so nice I need to find a carrot cake video.
