Habt Ihr irgendwo Speck oder Schinken ohne Zuckerzusatz entdeckt? Ich bin nämlich schier am Verzweifeln, weil es das praktisch nirgendwo gibt - außer natürlich im Internet - aber da kaufe ich bestimmt keine Fleischwaren. Eine Fleischhauermeisterin hat mir erklärt, dass der Zucker im Pökelsalz immer dabei ist, weil er die rosa Farbe erhält. Sonst wären Wurst und Schinken grau und keiner würde sie kaufen. Die Pizza schaut wirklich gut aus, aber ich würde wahrscheinlich ein Pilze und mehr Grünes dazugeben. :D Danke für's Rezept!

Any suggestions for egg substitutes? I am vegan keto. I can use delicious nutritional yeast for cheeze and veggies for toppings, evoo and fresh basil. Yumsters!🍄🍅🍕

Thanks for the base recipe I'll definitely try it out but I have to say your pizza is pretty basic...where's the vegetables!!! Try adding some grilled eggplant, peppers, mushrooms, onions etc. It's amazing :) I'll be looking for ways to lower the fat content though since I don't have a gallbladder and need to limit the amount of fat I eat at once...49g for one small piece of pizza is HUGE!
you're right, our pizza is the only meal where we don't have half of our plate filled with veggies. You can definitely add all kinds of vegetables, we just keep ours pretty basic :)
you don't have to add any ham, you could even just go with more of a Margarita-like pizza (just the cheese & sauce). Otherwise, I'm sure chicken/turkey/beef ham works as well!
What is the different between baking powder and baking soda? Live in germany and I saw only normal baking powder (Backpulver) What is baking soda in german?
your outtake is hard to measure, but after giving yourself a couple of weeks to adapt (don't reduce calories during this time) it makes sense to start keeping track of approx. how many calories you're eating each day. Especially if your weight-loss is stalling.
