I made this recipe twice before I omitted the baking soda and essential oil, and I literally use it to clean everything, from the oven to the windows! I find it works even better without the baking soda, but you can spray it over baking soda if you really want, and the essential oil was leaving streaks on glass. If you are using scented dishwashing liquid, the essential oil is superfluous anyway, in my opinion. And yes, I love it, far better than any multipurpose spray in the supermarket, the vinegar smell evaporates quickly, and it really is an ALL purpose cleaner. I just adjust the water/vinegar ratio and amount 9f dishwash liquid for the bottle I use in the bathroom, and the one I use everywhere else in the house, the bathroom one being a bit stronger. I used to have very bad reactions to multipurpose spray everytime I did a big, deep clean, I'd be out for around 3 days with flu-like symptoms, it was horrible, but I've been using this recipe for at least 10 years now, and not one reaction ever. I've never looked back, and now I always make sure to keep a stock of vinegar in my house at all times, it's the best fabric softener/laundry deoderizer in the world too! Excellent if you have eczema, like my daughter and I USED TO, yes, fabric softener and perfumes in laundry products is a huge cause of a lot of skin irritations! I always put a 1/4C white vinegar in the rinse of every laundry load.

Knew about this channel just recently and voila.....I have my homemade Handwash,Soap plus the disinfectant.Thank you Suzy.Keep it up! There's a shop that sells the ingredients next to Khoja...that saves the hustle of going to OTC if you are on this other side of town.
@@reddychepkosgei7328 Khoja stage, you cross the road to the other side .....the road that leads to ngara. There are shops that sell clothes dressed in mannequins ....just ask them for the shop that sells soap, they will direct you. It's on the 1st floor at the corner.
i made this i lobe ur channel learnt so much. i use the flylady system and it has really helped esp the shinny sink. this cleaner is what am using even to wipe off my counters in the sitting room its just great and i was suprised how it removes stains
Hi Suzy. I just found your channel after looking for a good all-purpose cleaner. There were many, but... Then I came across yours. [I knew about the ingredients, which I already have], but never found anything about combining ALL these. It's BRILLIANT! Thank you so much. I made it app. 30 minutes ago, and tried it on surfaces, greasy cupboard, splash-back tiles, appliances, and even a 'hidden', area behind microwave [which I seldom - truthfully NEVER get to!] Everything came up beautifully clean just using a kitchen sponge - no rubbing or scrubbing. I'm soo happy. Just this one cleaner! Thank you so much, Suzy. I used my Peppermint essential oil as I've had ants. Now, with this cleaner used regularly throughout, the little 'buggers', will have to reside elsewhere. haha. Thank you again. 😘 from Oz.

Just subscribed and i love your energy your so clean too.Just a tip use lemon grass or tea oil they are good disinfectant and have anti -bacterial properties.I usually just use diluted vingear with water works great too
