8-10 hours in stove top. It’s def faster in pressure cooker or instapot but you won’t get the same long stewed broth taste...as in stove to0 you are constantly checking and removing fat that floats on top which helps make a milky white soup. But still good either way! Not sure how long exactly as I don’t own either but I would assume at least half the time and even faster for the instapot?
Lol it’s a Korean recipe for oxtail you should try it! Slow cooked oxtail meat falls right of the bone and it’s delish~ haha never had it grilled, maybe some day!
