The sausages and and tteok (rice cake) baked crispy
I can't stand the collaboration with sausages, tteok and savory sauce
I strongly recommend to a person who loves tteokbokki
◎ Ingredients
* Tteok(Korean rice cake): 12 pcs (about 150 grams)
* Sausage: 12 pcs (about 150 grams)
● Ketchup: 1 Tbsp
● Honey: 1 Tbsp
● Gochujang: 1/2 Tbsp
● Soy sauce: 1 Tsp
● Granted garlic: 1/2 Tsp
● Sesame oil: 1/2 Tsp
◎ Directions
1・Mix the ●seasoning
2・Boil the tteoks for 1:30mins and tteoks into cold water to cool
3・Skewer the sausages and tteoks on a stick
4・Fry them until the both sides crispy, and put the sauce on them
※ Topping sesame(optional)
◎ TIP
・If you prepare tteoks and sasuages in same length and thickness, they will be completed in a nice shape
・You don't need to boil the tteok if you use fresh tteok(not frozen).
