Thank you for posting this! I recently bought lamb shoulders and the lamb shoulders pieces for stew. But I didn't have the time to cook the stew pieces in an actual stew and use the crock pot. So I did them as you suggested. I used Smoked turmeric, garlic, butter, pink Himalayan sea salt...and I made steamed broccoli with Zatarins Cilantro Lime rice with the flour tortillas...and OMG it was soooo good! I wanted to eat my cabinets...Anywho...thank you for sharing this it was a light saver.❤️
Made this for dinner tonight, and it was fantastic, and fast. Any woman who surprised me with a dinner like this, I'd marry and treasure forever -- and even do the dishes later.
it turned out awesome!! I used olive oil instead of butter, a little lemon juice, a spicy rub. This is good, flavorful cut of meat & really liked your vid
Looks great. I’m doing this tonight. You mentioned that you’re still learning to plate. I would have suggested you place less asparagus on the plate. I don’t like soggy veggies either.
Nicole Denise: Fork Over The Ring Hey I usually just cook in the cast iron skillet. Ever just brown in the skillet and finish in the oven or cook entirely in the oven in the cast iron skillet? I'm doing that now to switch it up.
