How to make Latte Art: The Basics in Slow Motion by Barista Dritan Alsela

In this video, I'm showing you how to pour the Latte Art Basics: Heart, Rosetta and Tulip.
My advice for every Latte Art beginner is to start pouring these basic patterns first and only proceed to more advanced ones, after you really learned how to pour and control the basics.
Some other basic benchmarks you need when pouring Latte Art:
- finely textured milk
- have the pattern nicely centered in the Cup
- nice and crisp White without any beige

Proper foaming/steaming and quality of coffee.. the 'crema' from the (good quality and freshly grind) coffee helps the milk foam (not the milk) float..

Milk texture must reach almost near the boiling point but be careful to not get visible bubbles. You need the crema from the coffee as well. And the hardest part is when you pour the milk in the cup, you need great practice and a stabilize and balanced hand to create the art!

The 'Pause' totally works... but to get nice shapes with smooth edges you may need the pitcher with the funnel-mouth like Dritan is using in the video (my .02 cents)
