The issue with many baristas is they are trained a way to do something specifically, and each cafe is different, with different steam wand, pressure, etc. Thank you for being so open minded and giving people the tools to create and forget. Set it and forget it... Use your body to create lattes, not your head. In a busy cafe you will mess up by thinking too much haha!
Thanks a lot Dritan for the fantastic new video! I Through watching your videos for the past one year I have learned so much from ZERO to now enjoying making latte every morning at home, which tastes much better than a lot of local cafes. wish you and your family and the kid all the best!
As a barista at a high volume coffee chain it’s so wonderful to learn more from someone with so much knowledge and expertise! ☺️ Gonna make even better coffee at home on top of at work
You are the best coach in the world. I saw a lot of tutorials on RU-vid and they don't teach it properly. But you finished the work for me forever and told a principled method.
just started barista work, videos like this are so helpful. a lot of recent videos online are too flashy. Theyre good entertaining videos but they dont show me what i need to learn. These videos give me exactly what i need. And that's to see dritans hands moving as he pours and to see the milk foaming. I think I've watched the video many times over now making sure the pouring pattern is drilled in my mind hahaha. Thank you two so much!
Thank you both for the great video! Really appreciate your effort to speak in English Dritan. It is very inspiring to watch someone that loves what they do.
Thanks for auto steaming tip! It helped me a lot to relieve anxiety about steaming. I finally managed to tame steam on my small 350ml pitcher. I have a lot of steam power on Gaggia TS and very often I got scared from quick milk foaming and always try to move steam wand. Now I finally realised that there is nothing scary about it and foam will set very quickly just by spinning the milk. Thank a lot!
All of this is great info but the most amazing part is his splitting. It's at god-level! Letting milk sit for so long after steaming and then still getting so many usable pours... Amazing.
You’re right I am scared of the steamwand and the milk haha 🙈 thank you for teaching us how to texture milk like learning how to bike with 4 wheels 🥰 i learned a lot! and congratulations on your pregnancy 💕
Thanks Pat! Appreciate your kind feedback a lot and I'm very happy this video has been of help! Don't be scared, all just a matter of practice and repetition ☺️ You can do it!!!
We should always take advices from the professionals like you Mr. Dritan. I hope you can see my comment because after I watched this video I like my coffee machine again and can do a very good quality of steamed milk all of this are because of your advice ,thank you so much for you professionally work and honesty . 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you very much for this video. It really helps a lot. Trying to make my latte art for the last 2 weeks but fail with my Breville Barista Pro Machine. Not able to get the Milk frothing technique right. Too bad I just run out of Milk, will "Just Do It" the next day. Once again, a Big Thank you.
Do you two sleep at night? If i had all this cool toys in house i wouldn't from all the coffee i'd drink and all the excitement! Keep up the great work. Loved the video.
I just got the GS3 MP, and I was looking for a video like this one. Thanks for showing me how to handle the steam wand pressure. It's a lot stronger on the GS3 than my Rocket apartamento.
Everyday i watching your video and now i become a coffeholic guy and still practicing the latte art by my own. Tq Dritan and fiance! Lovely couple and good coaching
I love watching these videos because it makes it better that it’s harder for him to speak English because it forces you to truly watch what he’s doing because there’s not as much explanation! Idk if that makes sense to a lot of people but I like it quite a bit for that reason
@@dritanalsela English is one of the most confusing and diverse languages out there and that makes it very hard for people to learn your doing a great job as far as I’m concerned
Thanks for all those helpfull videos ! As I come from a hot weather country as Greece, I'd love to see a video making Freddo or Iced Latte coffees , that would be a pleasure .. thanks ! All the best for you and your baby to come !!
Really feeling so happy to watch your video. It's really informative video. I've learnt much more about milk steaming and latte art. Thanks for sharing fantastic video. Keep sharing fantastic videos like this respected sir
Learning english from german speakers isn't advised. But it adds flavor to his speech. And english speakers might not even notice, if they don't speak german. Hau rein chef!
GREAT VIDEOS!!! I prefer a flat white and find the hands free steaming makes too much foam before the milk is up to temperature so I guess I need to push the steam wand under the surface sooner to maintain vortex without adding more air???
