How to make light soup with lamb meat GHANA

Hey everyone,
welcome back to my channel
today Im preparing Ghana light soup or pepper soup with lamb meat, feel free to prepare it with any meat you like.
this my recipe, enjoy watching and leave comments down below, thanks
ingredients:
lamb meat
4 scotch bonnet peppers
1 eggplant
a piece of ginger aproximately like a thumb size
salt
2 stock cubes (the stock cubes disapeard on my video)
2 onions
1 and half tablespoon of tomato puree (tomato concentrate)
1 can of plum or chopped tomatoes
utensils;
a strainer (optional)
a large sauce pan

hello I'm white women my husband came from Ghana too now I married with him 18 years together sometime in make this soup frome here but every make this soup another and so difficult for my but today your soup my husband tell ohhh this soup is so nice and now he missed Ghana so thank you for your videos sorry because of my English I no is not so gut but now I cook frome u soup please make more food I kiss your cheeks😚

Wow. My husband is Ghanaian, born in NYC but his parents are from Ghana, so I learned from my mother in law 3yrs ago over the phone. But I'm a visual learner, so doing it that way is a bit challenging. I enjoy coming here watching the visuals haha.

my husband is ghanaian and introduced this to me and I wasnt too fond of it untill i fell pregnant and got hooked on it. unfortunately i lost that pregnancy and havent had the soup since. definately want to give this a try.

So, I couldn't find the orange eggplant and used three white ones they were small. Everything else was done to accommodate one to two serving like one onion used and the goat meat I had was the last the one I had put in a ziploc bag. Let me tell you this was just the best ever. Truly, light soup especially with the straining of the vegetables/etc. In swahili; Poa sana. Asante.

I cooked it today with fufu and it was lovely 😊 the only thing is I’d use less pepper next time because it was very spicy!!!

Yesss....this is how real fufuo and soup looks like.....no offense but the fufu and "soup" videos from other African countries that I've been seeing on RU-vid is inferior to the Ghanaian fufuo and soups.
