Ok I'm american, we use cups, and third cups quarter cups... I think the weights you mention are more for restaurants in America. Good recipe sounds really good
Thank you. It’s very hard having a British audience and a American audience and having to deal with weighing out ingredients. I find grams easiest because most modern scales weigh in grams. I personally find cups confusing but then again I have never had to use them 😂
