Let me start by saying I was a skeptic. I had never seen mac n cheese with tomatoes and seasonings precooked before combining with the macaroni mix. But I've been on the hunt for a good mac n cheese recipe and given Jaxen's reaction, I gave it a shot. Listen to mi - di ting shotttt! I didn't have all the ingredients (used whole milk and a likkle sour cream instead of cream, no balsamic vinegar, no cornflakes) but the flavour was unbelievable! This will be my go to mac n cheese recipe from now on - thanks Tessanne!!! 😁
