Im going to tell you from experience that they are a pain in the butt to make, and it will take a while to be consistent, but do not get discouraged. Even if you mess up, and I do a lot, they are still super fun to make. And really besides the almond flour not that expensive to make, so it's fun to experiment.They are said to be one of the hardest things to bake, but it just takes time and practice. And patience!! Let them cool before you take them off the sheets!! (I always suck at waiting) Good luck!!!

Man it’s difficult I only succeed a fourth of the time and only with tastys matcha macaroon recipe or the most popular macaron recipe on RU-vid and I’d like to say my area of focus in culinary is French desserts I can never really tell when I’m done with folding the almond flour and sugar in but I think I’ll give it another go this week
