May fan po ba oven na ginamit nyo po, yung akin po kasi den nag try poko gumawa using convectional oven no fan po I follow preheat the oven at 145C celsius,ect. Then after po sinalang ko na po den in 5 minutes or less nagbobrown napo yung top plain white po ginawa no food color dahil liquid po food color kopo papo po kaya yon ? Ginagamita ko naman po ng oven thermometer

Same lang po ang temperature maam pwede nyo po adjust hanggang 140°C bake 13-15 mins padin po then turn off the heat, stay nyo lang po sa oven ng 2 mins ng naka open ng konti yung door gaya po ng ginawa ko sa umpisa na oven drying method :)
hi,during the whole Process po ba ng baking "DOWN HEAT " lang talga ginamit pati dun sa " Oven drying"? Hanabishi po gamit ko cenvenction na 21L ata,,,Thanks!
Hello po. Pahelp naman po kasi di ko po matansya ung baking time. Always underbaked kapag 15 minutes. Kahit na mag 20 minutes ako sticly parin umg baba mg macarons 😭
Mag dagdag lang po kayo ng ilang minutes if undercooked or under baked pa po sya, sa isang oven po namin gas range umaabot po ng 26mins. Baking time bago maluto. Iba iba po kase ang klase ng mga oven.
