How to make Macau Mung Bean Almond Cookies 

I am a muslim married with chinese and i love my mother in law...i will try making this cookies for chinese new year...coz she love eat this cookies....tq for recipe

Every New Year, I look out for the tin (which looks like a bucket) filled with these delicious Almond cookies, now I should try making them!

These turned out great just like my memories of visiting Macau. I replaced the water with almond extract for more almond flavour. Didn’t have a fancy Chinese mould so used a silicon chocolate mould. Will try a mini cupcake pan next time for a different shape.
