Please make a Filipino dish called Bicol Express. It might be the best tasting thing ever created with a pig next to Lechon. It's porky, fatty, spicy, salty and all around amazing and I can't get enough.
To anyone making this, be very suspicious if you use the cattleman’s Italiano seasoning. I ordered from at bbq to make it just like this, and it was inedible because of how salty it was. I remade it with half as much, still inedible because of how salty it was. I changed to a Kroger Italian seasoning and used 2 tbspn like the video, and delicious. Just fyi to anyone planning to make this. I called Atbbq to report my findings, and the guy just said it was my palate (even though he didn’t know salt is my favorite flavor).
For the most part, this is how I make pizza at home. Except I add toppings on top of the cheese and bake it in the oven until the cheese is melted and starts to brown.
